DAVIDIC DANCE

Let them praise his name with dancing and make music to him with timbral and harp. For the Lord takes delight in his people; he crowns the humble with victory.
Psalm 149:3-4

The Davidic Dance ministry meets every 2nd and 4th Saturdays of the month from 2:30-4:00 PM.

Chavurah on 3rd Shabbats.

All are welcome to join the worship dance line during the Worship service. Please be considerate of others in your attire.

We believe that Davidic Dance is an integral part of praise and worship as proclaimed throughout the Bible. The singers use their voices, the orchestra uses instruments, and the dancers use their body movements to praise the Lord. Together in unity these three parts worship and praise the Lord, ministering deliverance, and gaining victory in spiritual warfare.

Davidic Dance is a worship art. With steps rooted in ancient folk dancing and choreography inspired by spiritually expressive movement, Davidic Dance’s purpose is to draw the congregation
into community between God and one another. Since this is a communal form of worship, we welcome and invite dancers of all ages to participate.

If you would like to learn to dance before the Lord, the following times are for dance instruction and practice.

For those interested, Israeli dance is one of our GO groups that meets on selected Sunday afternoons at another facility nearby - join the Israeli Dance GO group to get the details.
