OUR CORE VALUES = YESHUA
THROUGH HIS LIFE, WE BELIEVE YESHUA SHOWED US HOW TO LOVE, AND LOVE ITSELF
OUR VISION
Eitz Chaim is a Messianic Jewish Congregation that seeks to restore the original First Century Jewish Roots of the Messianic faith, and to lift up Yeshua as the Messiah and LORD of Israel and the world.
Eitz Chaim is a Spirit-filled, disciple-making covenant community with a core priority of reaching our Jewish people with the Good News of Yeshua as the Messiah of Israel and hope of the world.
Eitz Chaim is a family-integrated congregation that encourages the entire family to participate in our worship services, home groups, ministries, and other activities.
Eitz Chaim is an inter-racial, inter-ethnic faith family of both Jews and Gentiles, who are One in Messiah, and thus also an ideal destination for inter-faith couples as well.
Eitz Chaim is a member of both of the Messianic Jewish Alliance of America (MJAA) and the International Alliance of Messianic Congregations and Synagogues (IAMCS).
OUR HISTORY
Eitz Chaim, a Messianic Synagogue, is called to be a Messiah-centered, Spirit-empowered, disciple-making community that reveals the truth of Yeshua (Jesus) to both Israel and the nations. We are committed to making Yeshua the Lord of our life, faith, and ministry. Our community seeks to be like the first Jerusalem congregation where both Jew and non-Jew are as one new man, equal before God (Acts 2). The heart of our desire corresponds to our name. In Proverbs 3:13, 18-20 it says: How blessed is the man who finds wisdom, and the man who gains understanding… Long life is in her right hand; in her left hand are riches and honor. Her ways are pleasant ways, and all her paths are peace. She is a Tree of Life to those who take hold of her, and happy are all who hold her fast.
The Tree of Life (Eitz Chaim) represents the Word of God. It also represents the Living Word, Yeshua, as well as the Tree upon which He was sacrificed – the Tree of Death that became the Tree of Life! In Him, and through His death and resurrection on our behalf, we have eternal life.
