Immersion Ceremony

Anyone wanting to be immersed / baptized, there will be an Eitz Chaim immersion / baptism ceremony at the Schiller’s house on Sunday, Sept 2, at 3 PM.
Please see David Schiller for details.
This needs to be pre-cleared with him.
You can’t just “show up” the day of without prior notice.

Now is the time to start requesting time off from work for the High Holy Days
Here are the dates:
Erev Rosh Hashanah is Sun, Sept 9
(EC Services at 7 PM)
Rosh Hashanah Day is Mon, Sept 10

(EC Services at 10:30 AM)

Erev Yom Kippur is Tues, Sept 18 (EC Services at 7 PM)
Yom Kippur Day is Weds Sept 19
(EC Services all day, beginning at 10:30 AM)

This is a fast day, we finish the day with a light nosh together after sunset.

Succot is Sept 24 – Sept 30 for those camping.

The rest of the congregation will celebrate Succot on Saturday,
Sept 29 during our normal Sabbath.

Healing rooms
During the Praise and Worship there will be rooms available in the office for Healing Prayer and other needs. There will be periodic slides inviting folks to come back for prayer as they feel the need. We will have 3 rooms available, See one of the ushers for directions any time during the Praise and Worship service prior to the Message.   If you are interested in becoming part of the Healing Ministry Team please contact Kathleen Marion kamsinger@aol.com
